Infobright Community Edition (ICE) users can purchase a one hour support package to get technical assistance in implementing or managing ICE. This service may also be used for evaluation assistance of Infobright Enterprise Edition.
You'll have access to a consultant knowledgeable in data warehousing to answer detailed questions, or provide guidance on data model design, query structure, and data loading. Up to (4) one hour support packages can be purchased at this special rate.

This hourly service is available for users of Infobright Community Edition (ICE) who need professional support from Infobright. This service may also be used for evaluation assistance of Infobright Enterprise Edition. Up to 4 hours may be purchased.
